Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The product is unused, and all original packaging, accessories, and documentation are
intact.
Return Window
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized products (e.g., bespoke home theater setups).
- Products that have been physically installed, mounted, fixed, or drilled, including items like wall-mounted projectors, ceiling-mounted speakers, or customized systems, are non-returnable.
- Consumable items like cables, connectors, or software.
- Services purchased through our website, such as Value-Added Services.
- Products purchased on clearance or during special sales events.

2. Refund Policy
Refund Process
Once your returned item passes inspection, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking : Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- EMI Purchases : EMI cancellations will be handled by your card provider.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) : Refunds will be made via NEFT/UPI transfer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if:
- The product shows signs of wear or is missing parts.
- The return is initiated beyond the return window.
The amount of the partial refund will be communicated to you in advance, and we will proceed only after receiving your approval.

3. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before dispatch without incurring any fees. To cancel, please contact us at support@tappav.com or call our customer service team with your order number.
After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover two-way shipping costs.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
After Dispatch
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tappav.com, providing photos or videos as verification. Depending on stock availability, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund.
5. Additional Conditions
- Stock Availability : Any replacements in case of return or defective products are subject to stock availability.
- Non-Refundable Services : Services purchased through our website, such as Value-Added Services, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
